What is copy trading?
It’s all in the name! Copy trading allows you to directly copy the positions taken by Master trader. When that trader makes a trade, your account will make that same trade as well.
You can decide the amount you wish to invest or simply copy everything they do automatically in real-time.You do not need to have any input on the trades, everthing is just replicated in milliseconds.
Copy trading is one of the easiest ways to use another trader’s expert knowledge. It also means that you don’t lose any control over the outcome. You still have the ability to close trades, and open new ones when you want.
But by copying another trader, you could potentially make money based on their skills.
In fact, no advanced knowledge of the financial market is required to take part!
How copy trading works?
For copy trading to work 3 things are necessary.
Master Trader
Investor
Platform
Master Trader: Master trader or some time also called as signal provider/ Stratergy provider is the one who's trades you will be copying.
Investor: Investor is the person who wishes to invest his money to copy the Master's trades
Platform: Platform is the link between both the Master and Investor. In this case it will be a Forex broker, It is always better that the Master and Invester(Copier) be on the same Broker platform to avoid slippage/spread losses.

Tip: A successful trader should be consistent and stable; stay far away from traders who make erratic trades, and shows huge profit in short duration.
It is your responsibility to do your own homework and ensure that the trader has a proven track record of success. It is preferable to choose a trader who has a history of moderate but stable profits over a trader who has made high profits in a handful of trades.
